Appraisals and Insurance

While your application is being processed, Asset Capital Group will help you schedule a home appraisal and arrange title insurance for you. You will also need to secure homeowner's insurance at this point.

Closing

This is where you turn from a homebuyer into a homeowner. With your loan approval and supporting documentation in place, we will schedule a closing at the closing escrow office where you sign all your loan papers and disperse the needed funds. When done, you walk away with the keys to your new home. Congratulations.
